IMO you would probably get a better tune and pull more power with Hondata s200, great build BTW im doing an all motor build on my 02 dc5 expecting 300+WHP from it. I can see you getting around 260HP with this build you are doing, hard to say tho.

Looks like a solid setup, I'd say probably about 230 but that also depends on the kind of dyno you test it on...
And don't get 17's... Too big.
Walbro makes a good fuel pump

Unless you're trained and tuning your own car, don't follow this. Use what your tuner uses since he is the one who will be tuning your car. The tune is the most important part of the entire build.
And yes you'll need to get an obd2b to obd1 conversion harness. I got mine on eBay for really cheap and it works great. Make sure you don't get obd2a harness and that its obd2b because there is a difference.

i wish people would stop saying this. what if your tuner is only capable of using an safc or other equally outdated inaccurate crap? see why this line of thinking is flawed. You find a tuning software that has the features, quality and capabilities you want and then you find somebody qualified to tune it. it's that simple

a lot of people dont have a choice of who they choose to tunes their car.
they all have different features and differences within the programs, which is why i'd rather be using the one that my tuner recommends than one he may or may not be familiar with. and if your tuner can ONLY tune on safc, you need to find a new tuner.

my point exactly. you need to find a new tuner if you can't find a tuner to tune with your desired setup if he only knows sub-quality programs. i was speaking from having chrome which was professionally tuned and had a bad experience with it. that's why i suggested to steer clear of it. your statement is a little contradictory. i wouldn't sacrifice the quality of my tuning software because of lack of qualified tuners. that's why i listed various alternatives as well, not just one. if you have any tuners in the area that can't tune on at least one of those major programs i would be very frightened. is especially if it's an extensive build.

RC injectors are trash. Use something that has a good spray pattern.. I'm paying for not installing my RDX injectors sooner right now..
ID/FIC/RDX injectors, look into those. This build might crack 220, on stock 81mm bore. Thats a decent /OK amount of power for this build type. I'd look into a better header as well.
