Angry Crazy No start! Very Unusual.

Alright everyone this is a tricky one.

Car worked fine but very poor. Replaced the blown head gasket, got the head resurfaced yada yada. Put it all back together and now I get a crank, but no start.

Worst part is I triple checked my timing, triple checked my connection / grounds., replaced the dizzy, replaced main relay, replaced spark plugs and wires, and still no start. I checked my fuses, all looks well. Still this damn car won't start.

I have NO FUEL and NO SPARK. When I crank the engine the DIZZY LOSES ALL POWER. I am assuming that this is the case with the fuel pump as well. Sounds like a problem in the circuit right? Well I triple checked everything!!!!!! COuld it be antitheft stuff? Could it be the ECU? At this point I am super confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Remember: Engine does crank well, but not starting due to no power in the Fuel pump and dizzy

Probably not antitheft stuff. Only 00-01's had a antitheft thing. Injectors clogged maybe?

Check your ground on the thermostat again. That's where the main grounds at. Clean it with sand paper. Could also run a redundent ground from the main.

I cleaned the thermostat ground and still nada. I did change the thermostat itself. Coulda this cause a problem? I doubt it. I removed the cylinder head and when I put it back I did not put the intake manifold bracket back on. Are there any other grounds besides the thermostat and valve cover ones that i need to pay attention to? The tranny one is in. I checked my fuses and they are fine. Thanks!

Did the thermostat housing look heavily corroded? Next question is when you cylce the key to accII do you hear the main relay click. I would start with that. Check all your fuses again. Use a multimeter and make sure you have bat voltage of both sides of all fuses. I would also measure resistance between the thermostat ground and battery. And from the main relay to thermostat ground. Make sure you don't have any opens..1-.2 ohms is acceptable range generally.

The housing looked pretty good but sanded it anyway just to be sure. I also do not hear the main relay click. I pulled the fuses to make sure they arent popped, however some look corroded inside the plastic holder. How do I measure main relay to thermostat ground?
