Default Press in lca bushings without a shop press?

Im installing coilovers on my car and after all the crap with the broken lca bolt and taking all that out the only thing left is to press in my new bushings.
Is there any way to press them in without a hydrolic press? I tried a c clamp but it wont budge

Damn i ordered the energy suspension ones but i got wrong ones so i bought an oe spec bushing.
Hmm do you think a ball joint press from auto zone would work? Like the rental tool?

Try the Threaded Rod technique. Look it up on google gives you step by step instructions on how to remove old bushings. The same method can be used to install the new bushings, just repeat the process backwards.
