Default help me choose my exhaust

I have a 96 integra ls with a DC 4-1 header and just bought an invidia n1 catback which I put on today and I like it but I noticed whoever welded the new flanges on the cat wasn't looking at it when it was being welded because it was terrible the metal on the inside of the weld looked as though it could restict and and looks just terrible

So I was wonder if I should get a test pipe or a high flow cat and if so what kind of cat

You can easily have any muffler shop fix that weld, alter the piping. Go with a high flow cat. Do a search for whats available in your state. Magnaflow is pretty good.

yeah, they are better. Stock cats restrict a lot of airflow, at least the magnaflow cat will free some up. Idk if you can have a test pipe in cali, arent they illegal or something?

test pipes are illegal anywere except offroad use or racing but im not worried about that i live in louisiana i bought a megan racing test pipe because all the other ones looked as though they were straight through but i "think" it has a resonator in this one or something like that
