Yes but your missing the fact it was posted in the late afternoon EST so PST is was already past their sunrise. Thus it is literally impossible for anyone to take a sunrise photo by now (unless your overseas or near a pole).

Does this mean it has to be on the sand? I cant drive onto the beach let alone want to. I would get stuck for sure.
