Boosted b18 Integra LS leans out when it gets in boost

Hi club integra i am a new member and searched thru forums too find the answer I'm looking for... I have a 2000 integra ls b18c1 with 115xxx miles I put a turbo kit on no too long ago and it will not boost correctly every time it goes over 5 psi it leins out(spring is at 10 psi) I would appreciate if someone could tell me what parts I need too make my car run correctly(fuel injectors,fuel pump,fuel reg) p.s I have no tune thanks in advance.

The problem is he put it on too long ago, if he just put it on yesterday everything would be fine.

Stock parts may be able to handle the added stress however the Ecu does not automatically adjust for the 200% more air coming into the engine. Ignition and fuel tables must be tuned anytime a modification drastically changes the airflow or VE of the engine.
