Do you paint your body kit or lips?

Any1 out there painted there body kits or lips with minimum painting experience. Im new to body kits and lips and dont want to have to pay a professional? any hinters or suggestions? Thanks

I don't. Depending on your color, with just a front lip, I like to leave it black. I'm leaving my Mugen front lip the black it's coming in. But I really like the Red on Black stuff. For body kits, I wouldn't try it myself. A POS paint job is not worth your time doing it.

^Hey that looks good, I'm going to give that a try when I order a new rear lip for mines. Anyways back to the post I like to keep my front lip black. Here's some old pics of mines, the lips are still black.

I don't like mismatched parts. I think lips and hoods should be painted to match the rest of the body.

I'm a fan of Carbon fiber, but not too much carbon fiber.

If I ever got a hood I'd keep it clear coated. probably lips too that way

i think it would depend on what kind of lip youre gonna put on the car, if its a si-vtec lip, or a jdm type-r front lip leave it black, but if its a mugen, or a wings west color match it to the car
