Isn't it garage kept?

I'd just leave the top down if it were mine

But then again you probably have school and stuff in the mornings so it's easier to leave it up and take it down when you're not gonna leave it parked somewhere for awhile.

Sadly it is not garage kept. So I leave the top up. I'd garage it if I could.

Nah, just paint the whole car like the ducktail and nobody will want to steal it :rolf:

So I noticed a VERY unpleasant smell when I was loading up my trunk to head to KC. So when I got back I did some detective work and found this.

Under the carpet a pool of water had formed.

So I did some sanding and picked up some paint over rust.

Sanded with a wire bristle brush

The paint I used

After the first coat of paint

Then I got a rubber under body coating that is water proof and applied 4 coats of that.

Next I tackled the vent, the foam gasket looked worn and dirty. Got some black RTV.

Then sprayed around it with the underbody coating

After the final coat of underbody coating.

Then I noticed quite a bit of moisture in the driver's tail light. Applied sealant and the next day applied heat.

Found out there was hole in the soft top, I believe I have it fixed though. Also got roof drains unclogged and got my soft top cover in.

Got the duckbill waxed.

Started with clay bar

Then after compound and sealant

Then removed the front lip

I also got the taillight gasket replaced
