how to tell if my car is vtec or i-vtec

I have 2001 gs-r, I do know the difference between v-tec and I v-tec but how do I tell which one my car has?

You could have googled it. Wikipedia among other sources have discussed it in length. Ivtec wasnt implemented on integras until 2002+ (usdm rsx). It says it on the engine when you pop the hood and yours says only vtec.

When you open the hood, there will be a troll that will ask you riddle before you pass....get it right and the troll will tell you what engine you got....
