so I have really wanted a db7/db8 for a long time. think its time to take the jump. I want 4 doors, 5 speed and not to ebay/ricer junk already on it. going to be a DD. gsr would be ideal but ls just as good atm. I found this ad and wondering thoughts. clutch job seems like it may be a little pricey and a hassle for such a worn car. I have built a few vws in my day and tinkered on my friends eg so I would like a little work as a project but not something that is gonna kill me. thank you all for reading this.

or would it be better to just wait for more of what i want? also with the market would i be better off buying a shell for cheap even if auto and doing a full swap motor and manual trans? what about a decent car but auto with a decent motor and doing an transmission swap?

Nothing seems to be original (B20/GSR trans), and it says salvage title. Pass on that turd.
