Pls Help diagnose valves

Could be bad LMAs or loose valve lash. As suggested do a valve adjustment first. Also inspect all the retainers, make sure the valve locks are still in place.

Thanks guys. I think i'm going to take a stab at it. I've never done a valve adjustment before. I watched ericthecarguy's b18c valve adjustment vid (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RDrw42_KuZY&spfreload=1) and it doesn't look difficult at all. What I don't understand is the position of the cam (the oval part that pushes against the valve) should be in the vid. It looks like when the TDC is aligned and Up arrows are pointing UP, it's positioned so you can adjust #1 cylinder valves. Should the pointy part of the oval (not sure what its called) be pointing towards you so that part is not pushing against the valves? The pointy part of the cam I'm assuming pushes against the valve as it rotates? So should that part of the cam should not be against the valve to properly gauge it right? Thanks guys. I hope I didn't confuse anyone.
