Need Help Please. 1998 Integra LS

I have a 98 integra ls with 87k on the motor and trans. My car seems to lag up until the rpms hit abt 3k then its like it gets a kick in the ass. The compression read 136, 180, 180, 166 accross all four cylinders before we did the timing belt and water pump. i have not checked it yet. Ive done a full tune up as well as a timing belt and water pump and its still doing this. Anyone have any ideas what it could be? please.

Well your numbers are off for starters. You should also included detail like how long youve had it, recent mods, condition under which the issue began and description. No mention of maintenance.

I've done all routine maintenance and its been like this for abt a month or so. I don't rag on the car and I've had the car for 4 months nd never had problems Til recently nd I haven't done any mods to the motor. Only stuff to the body nd suspension

Isn't 136 too low of a compression?

Yeah, it's supposed to read 180 across all four cylinders for a ls.
