Ah yes, sorry. Well first plan is to get a manual swap underway. I'm procuring parts as we speak. Planning on getting the best I can so that way once I put stuff in, I don't have to go back in and swap out for better.

So far towards that I have purchased:
shift lnks
master cylinder with res
slave cyl
midshaft
manual starter
GSR gauge cluster

as for as I know all I have left to purchase to be able to pull off the swap is:
the transmission itself
a nice clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, the hasport mount required for the tranny
shifter (planning on going with a B&M)
shifter boot
ECU (not sure if this is really necessary)

Oh also I just installed my DC sports rear strut bar today (though I ordered the front but turned out to be the rear one, but that's fine and I was planning on getting a rear anyway)

After the manual swap I plan on getting the front strut (probably go wit ha DC sports, or Neuspeed), then from there I will get some new coilovers (not sure which brand to go with).

Then Catback exhausts, CAI, and maybe a turbo.

appreciate the compliments guys :p even though nothing has been done yet.

I acquired a fair amount of the parts I need to do the manual swap.

here is what I have so far (or is on the way now):
-shift linkage
--clutch master with resevoir
-midshaft
-slave cylinder
-GSR gauge cluster
-manual starter
-"Clutch Power" Stage 1 clutch kit, (supposedly rated for 2600 pounds of pressure)
-B&M short throw shifter
-Ebay boot/knob
-p75 manaul ECU

All I have left as far as I know is:
Tranny itself
Cromaly Flywheel
mount for tranny (the hasport one I believe)
and I think that is it. If I am missing something, please let me know, also if you have recommendations, I'd be more than happy to hear them

Still in the works but I've narrowed down brand I may be going with as well as a few other miscellaneous items I might get for the car.

As far as the manual swap goes I am lining up these things for purchase/acquisition:
-ACT prolite flywheel
-GS-R Tranny (if the trade goes through)

Other random things I'm looking to get are:
-Comptech icebox
-F5 rear lower control arms
-coilovers/shocks&struts (haven't decided on a brand yet, maybe eibach or megan racing?)
-DC sports exhaust system with a dc sports 4-1 header also.

Thoughts? moans? gripes?

On to Integra number two!

As far as the manual swap goes I am lining up these things for purchase/acquisition:
-ACT prolite flywheel - Yes.
-GS-R Tranny (if the trade goes through) - Yes.

Other random things I'm looking to get are:
-Comptech icebox - Yes.
-F5 rear lower control arms - Do you mean Function7? If so, yes. Also look into the ASR LCA's. Better swaybar mounting points.
-coilovers/shocks&struts (haven't decided on a brand yet, maybe eibach or megan racing?) - Ground Control coilover sleeves/Koni Yellow shocks/struts.
-DC sports exhaust system with a dc sports 4-1 header also. - Rice, rice, baby.

Thoughts? moans? gripes?
Thoughts, moans, and gripes are in bold. 8)

what would you recommend in place of the DC header/exhaust system? I am not too certain on what's good and what is just ricer crap.

In regards to the F5 rear lower control arm, that's how it was spelt on the forum's shop. If I don't get those I might go with skunk2 ones.
