rattle?

I got a 92 integra and it rattles at around 2500rpm in every gear. I removed all the heat shields from the exhaust system and i dont see it touching anything but it still continues to rattle. Any ideas what the rattle could be? the exhaust system is pretty much stock to my knowledge.

Plastic in the trunk?

The plastic that covers the wiper motor in the back of my 97 rattles around 2000rpm.
