Driver and passenger leather's interchangeable?

Hello everyone,

Is it possible to swap the passenger and driver seat's leather, particularly the bottom portion?

I figure the seats themselves are not interchangeable due to the levers and whatnot being on the wrong side, but can I take the leather bottom off of the passenger seat and put it on the driver seat making a nice fit? My driver's side is worn out from the previous owner and today at the junk yard I spotted a leather passenger seat in perfect condition and the perfect color.

yes you either have to swap the rails or the entire pan though.

Ding ding ding, you are correct. This was not in any way easy. These seats are a quality build.

I thought I could just remove them from the car and then unbolt the bottoms or something. Wrong.
