1992 Camber distress

Alright so first and foremost I wanted to say thanks to the tons of useful advice I've already read but I can't find the exact answer I'm looking for in a thread so here we go. I bought a 1992 integra and there are quite a few mods done by the PO. Coilovers all the way around and 17" rims. The problem I'm facing is that the rear camber is eating through tires. I was told an alignment and rotation would fix it so that was my first step. After having said done I bought new tires and am still seeing drastic wear on the insides of my rear tires. Up front still look brand new. The tires are 185/55/15's. It appears to be the stock upper control arms but I could be wrong. Regardless what is the cheapest way to fix the camber back to or close to stock? Its lowered about 2-2.5" front and back and it sits and rides good without much scrub so I'm happy with the ride, just can't afford to replace tires so often. Any advice? Thanks in advance
