trouble shooting in my 93 da

so i bought the car knowing it didnt have spark...soooo with that said


i tried a brand new coil in the distributor , but nothin....

so my buddy came over and we tried his distributor from his running b18 yet still nothing it acts like it wants to start but still has no spark, he sat in my seat turned the key and said my fuel pump aint kickin on so wtf

im gonna try a new main relay tonight to see what hppens

any suggestions anybody?
its a new distributor keep in mind

could it be grounds, wiring? help me out ill post pictures soon

you said it has no spark, have you tried replacing the spark pugs and wires..? When your friend puts the key to the on position put your ear over the back seat, you'll hear if the fuel pump is turning on or not

havent changed them no but we dont hear the fuel pump at all come on could it be the main relay?

yeah try the main relay before trying the fuel pump, because you're going to have to drop the gas tank to replace that. Start with the easier things first and work your way up to the hard ones, atleast at the end of everything your car will be reliable

ya for sure its super clean besides the driver side and trunk, some idiot thought he'd try to patch it cuz he got hit but failed miserably i gotta lower the back to , front's lowered but its been to cold to put the back ones on haha but ya ill try the relay and see what happens ill keep everybody posted
