Tail light gap

Hi CI, this is my first post on here I have a 97 acura integra LS, I've noticed since it bought the car that there is a gap between the tail light lens and the rest of the tail light body, I searched all over and I couldn't find a thread for it and I always look to see if there are any threads that could help me but i couldn't find one this time, I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem

They work. Do they leak? If not then I wouldn't worry about them.

no it works but It does leak a little

Ever thought of putting some silicon sealant around the gap to seal it?

from what it looks like there are two clips that aren't connected but I cant seem to put it back

am I the only one that's confused on the pic? I see that its not on the car, but Im not seeing where the gap is
