Default Integra Type R swap 1990 Acura Integra LS

I have a 1990 Acura Integra LS and I want to put a ITR engine in it. Iíll be doing the work myself with a couple of my honda buddies. What will I need for it? I need a complete parts list to make it less of a headache😂.

oh youre OBD0. You have to do something with the harness to convert it to OBD1. Usually its just pinning in vtec, a jumper harness for your ecu and changing sensors from your old motor.
