95 GSR Air Flow Tube - discontinued

my 95 Integra GSR has a broken air flow tube, also referred to in the factory manual as an Intake Air Duct.
I found the OEM part on Acura parts sites, however, its status is DISCONTINUED. I want to keep the car stock, I live in California and have enough problems getting this baby to pass a smog test. any suggestions as to what to replace it with, or where to find the OEM part??? The Acura factory part had an order number of :17228-P72-000.

The intake arm? Either grab a used one off of eBay for like $20-30 or get an AEM short ram (CARB legal) for around $100.
