20g turbo on a b18c1?

so my friend mentioned he would sell me his 20g turbo that he has on his talon at the moment for like 350 or 400. first, do you think its worth it to get it??? and also will it be a good match for my engine?? my other friend mentioned it will lag and not work that great. thanks for any help!

from what i know those turbos spoil up pretty quickly, the only thing that sucks about them is the internal wastegates, yeah go for it just check if it has any shaft play first

Well a working DSM is nice, but the reliability is shit.


However a Mitsubishi turbo is THE shit. But to the OP a 20G is way to big for a 1.8l, get something smaller. Also I think the flanges and compressor outlet will be a pita to get it all mounted.
