would it be dumb to that? i'm looking at a jdm itr header, which i believe have a 2.5in collector but i want a 2.25in cat and exhaust pipe..
my motor is a 96 gsr with over 150k+ miles on it..swap into a 95 EG sedan..
mod:
CTR CAMS
SKUNK2 IM with HONDATA gasket
Ported stock TB to match IM by MAXBORE
that's all..i really would rather go with 2.25in setup only because it's my DD and i don't have any plan for future..there's noone around this neck of the wood to tune..so that is y i don't want to do the 2.5in H/Cat/Exhaust setup...
i plan on using a Universal Cat converter from Carsound (magnaflow)..
any recommendation for a complete 2.25in exhaust setup?
like i said, i like to keep it simple..its a DD with a little bit of performance..i've own this car for about 4yrs now, since the way gas is going, i'm looking to gain MPG rather then HP...
i'm also stepping down from a 2.5in setup, i went cheap 4yrs ago and now it's leaking everywhere..bad muffler shop welding..
from research, many people said 2.25in setup is good enough for a 200hp goal with a good tune..
