Check fluids, take it for a drive to see if there feels like something is wrong mechanically, thoroughly inspect it, etc...

Distributor O-ring may need replacing

Vtec solenoid gasket may need replacing (the dealerships calls the gasket something else I cant recall-something fucking stupid)

RUST on the rear quarter panels in states that get snow in the winters

Lots of people wanting to steal our integras/vandalize them

-check and make sure the locks all work as well as the windows. That stuff can easily not work if its been broken into.
-Drive it around and make sure it shifts smoothly and doesnt slip.
-Check around gaskets and make sure oil isnt leaking (valve cover, head, and oil pan).
-Try out the heater, the AC and other things like that.
-Look at the treadwear on the tires, like if its uneven or cracked.
+everything else people suggest on here, most people know their stuff pretty well.

I wouldnt say these are exactly specific to integras, but just all cars in general. Good luck!
