Tien Street Basis vs Progress CS ll coils

Would these Tien fit type R? My guess is not.

I'm looking for a budget coils set, so as of now, it's between Tien Street Basis vs Progress CS ll...anyone has experience on these coils? feel free to chime in.
The R is for street w/ some spirit driving, won't be on track so I'm looking for something comfortable but handle well.

When it comes to coilovers you have to look at the spring rate.
In my opinion, 6 or 7 K springs are the most comfortable and if you want to be a little more spirited, 8 or 9 K.

Anything more than that and you're venturing into more track spring rate stiffness and those are NOT comfortable for every day driving.

In terms of quality, I could only speak for the Teins and they are top notch.
