So my timing belt broke while on the freeway and I heard that if the belt goes in our cars that the valves can get bent. So what are the chances that I did bend my valves? I was going about 65.

About 96%.

Remove the cams and do a leakdown test, Or just straight up pull the schrader valve out of a compression tester hose, Hook up to an air hose, Remove intake pipe and header, then listen for air from the throttle body/exhaust ports.

I didn't specify, you'll need to remove the cams with either method. That just makes sure all valves should not be open or letting air through.
