2001 integra ls b18b...no spark,

I was unplugging spark plug wires to see where a misfire was coming from. Got to cylinder #3, car shut off and hasn't had spark since. The spark plugs and wire where replaced 2 weeks prior. So got a new distributor, still, no spark to the plugs. Tested the ignition control module and coil and both where good, all plug wires had continuity and in correct firing order. Also tested the ignition switch and it was good. All fuses and relays are good and have power. Battery, altinator and starter are good.Engine timing is on point. Car has fuel but no spark.

Any help or input will be appreciated.

Yea fuel pump primes and getting fuel to all 4 cylinders, and I checked all the wires and all have continuity.
Did you replace the distributor with a REMAN or one from a junk yard? it might be worth getting a new rotor for it if the later is the case.
