Buying a 95 LS. please help

Hello everyone.

So I am going to check out several cars this weekend I found on craigslist.
One of the cars in particular is a 95 Integra. The owners haven't given me
much info other than the mileage (90,000) and a few pictures. Also a video
of under the hood but the video is too blurry to make anything out. All I see
that has been done so far is there's some type of after market air intake and
also has white wheels. The story is these peoples son had to "leave" they didn't
specify so I don't know if that means he's in jail or whatever, I don't know I didn't ask.

I am still going to visit the owner to see the car, i suppose it's his father or
sister, and give the car a good run down. The best inspection I can muster.

My question is this:
Are there any specifics I should look out for?
Any common problems with the 95 Integra LS?
Please correct any of the below info I have come upon so far.

I've watched several videos explaining what to look for in most used cars.
Check oil, test all the electronics, test out all the shocks (suspension) by
pressing down one good time for each wheel and make note of the return
bounce if there's not much it's good if it bounces real high it needs new shocks.
Also pull push tug and wiggle each tire and make sure they all have a firm
connections and also make sure nothing sounds detatched around the
wheels. Look at the area where the engine connects to the transmission
for oil leak... Check out under the exhaust manifold for the engine stamp
and VIN number to be sure if there's been any engine swaps done.
Check tire tread. Check break pads for intense grooves/indentions. Pay
close attention to dash lights when cranking up. Pay attention under the
hood while it's just began running, (knocks/odd sounds/radiator leak/anything else?).
This will also allow the oils get up and all around the gears before driving by doing this.
I'm not sure how to know if it's got problems overheating other than drive it a while.

I know this is a lot but I want to try my best not to buy a problem car...as I need something
DEPENDABLE at the moment and once I can get something else for a daily then I might
start building on it.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated. I am going to see the car Saturday. Day after tomorrow.
Thanks from JKW210
