Can anyone tell me what this part is?

I have a 1998 acura integra ls and I was looking at my engine yesterday and I noticed this black stubby tube thing on my intake manifold. I cant figure out what it is and this part is broken so probably need to replace it. If anyone can tell me what this part is please tell me. Its says manifold on it if you can't read it.

Sorry i'm new to this and I dont mean to be a noob or anything but i just looked under the hood and if its the hose i think your talking about then that isn't it because its perfectly intact. Can be specific where this thing goes?

If you have a filter there, take it off and plug the Jose back in.
