im stumped

Ok guys I need some help....not too long ago I started to hear a chatter coming from the cylinder head.... it sounded like a rocker arm...while driving the oil light came on and off one time and also the car died at an idle ....well I replaced all of them with new ones and still have the same chatter...the only other thing I can think that it could be would be oil pump going out or need new cams....Idk I really need an opinion

Thats rod knock. You threw a rod or main bearing. Time for a new engine or rebuild. sorry.

You could just pop the oil pan off and check them. It's an easy check.
