Hey I'm new to integras and I wanna slam mine with big rims with a little of stretch on the tires can you help me on where I should go with it? 1999 integra

I wouldn't I did that and the rims were shot after a month I would make it fast not slower

Stretching tires, slamming and big rims aren't a good idea. It will ride like shit, be unsafe, require fenders to be rolled, fender lining be removed, camber kits, etc and you'll probably be "stanced" or "butterflid" whatever you want to call it. Eat rims and tires.
