water leak in trunk

I am the new owner of a 2002 Acura Rsx type S.

I have a water leak in the trunk are that trickles down into the rear spare tire compartment.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

or use some silicone sealant on the gasket if you wanna ghetto-rig it

i was actually going to do that. But, when i ordered my jdm lights it came with some pretty nice gaskets. HMO ftw!

when i got my uk's, they were old. i still havnt siliconed em yet. i hope it doesnt rain in the next week or two

yes it is a very common problem in the rsx's just replace your tail light gaskets like stated above and put some 3M adhesive when you install the new ones and you should be fine. worked for me. GL with the 2 screws under the bumper those things are a pain in the ass if the are rusted in good
