Intermittent start up problems 99 acura integra

I have a 99 acura integra. Thought my main relay assembly (is this the same as the main FUEL relay assembly?) was going out as the car would start, run for a bit, then not start back up once turned off. Come back to the car the next day, car would start, run for a bit, then not start once it was turned off. I change the main relay assembly (from reading up on this issue this seems to be a common culprit) and the problem is still occurring. It runs fine for about two hours, then wont start back up once it's turned off. The starter engages and the car "wants" to start up, especially if I pump the gas. It just won't turn over...

I'm not sure what the possible issues could be. A fuel pump or ignition coil are some of the things I've read. Since the car does start sometimes I'd hate to bring it to a shop, have them change something that doesn't need to be changed (and the shop think the problem is solved because the car is now starting) only later to have the car not start.

Any help from you all would be greatly appreciated.
