How do i know spring rates???

I just put Gc's onmy koni yellows but someone said it might be bouncy cause you mixed them up so idk i did some reasearch some people are talking about spring rates but all the springs looked the same and idk where the rates would be

Ok, lets try to get this straight so we see where you are coming from.

What is your definition of bouncy?

Do you mean the ride is not smooth and you feel every little bump? Your springs are stiff and dont absorb the road imperfections, so the car translates all of that to you?

Or do you mean when you hit a bump, the car continues to bounce long after the bump (given you arent continually hitting more bumps)?

There are two completely different forms of "bouncy," and I think you are mistaking it for having a stiffer ride. The only way to fix that is to get softer springs (like reverting back to OEM).

its your shocks. they are too soft. The springs are too soft.
