Transmission vacuum connection

Hi, to everyone, searching for answers to my issue i found this club and registered, i have a 1993 integra that i bought with a bad engine with a damge in one cilynder, the original engine was a B18a1 and eventhoug the damgage the car was runing and the check light was off i put in a B 18b1 the engine started perfectly and runs perfectly but the check light is on and when i start the car in the morning the rpms are to high, i know they start high when the engine is cold but theese are to high near 3000 rpms in settles when the car warms up but i would like to know how to bring it a little bit down if possible and my other question is my car is automatic and i dont know where the transmission vacuum hose goes connected. I would greatly apreciate some help.
