high pitched noise (possible distributor problem)

Recently my 91 Integra had been making a very very small high pitched noise randomly, then the distributor seized up and left me stranded so i borrowed my brothers distributor (also a 91 integra). It started making the noise in my car, so i put it back in his car but it makes no noise when its in his car. I got a new distributor for my car and now the high pitched noise is worse & consistent when i really step on the gas at 20-30mph. Is it be a distributor problem? or What can it be??? any help is much appreciated

Sounds like an accessory belt or pulley.

You might need to tighten it. Mine did the same and my uncle got this very large screwdriver thing and did just the thing. Sorry for my terminology guys
