The 7.5 Amp fuse for the back-up lights, rear defrost, dome light etc keeps blowing (about every 2 months) any ideas?

Im not sure where the wires are tucked but a blowing fuse is usually due to a short. A short is typically an exposed wire touching metal. Follow the wires and see if you find where its grounding out. To add, if its every 2 months, it could be that there is high resistance somewhere causing a higher draw of amperage that would pop the fuse. Check that all connections are secure and clean.

if you can't find a short it might be the main interior ground inside the car thats behind the head unit, its a 8mm bolt and you gotta take it out and use sand paper on the metal end of the wire and the surface it bolts to to clean up the ground
