I been shopping for mine all over the USA. for a good 3-4month I found that Cali (mid & South) and Florida has the better deal (does not snow?). I bought mine from Lighthouse Point it's between Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I have a 2013 Legacy.

What did you use on the headlights?restored the headlights on my impreza and also installed the same head unit I have in the impreza into the integra
I just used one of those $10 Turtle Wax kits, they seem to do alright
What's it include though? If it's just some liquid/paste s***, they'll fog back up in a few months.
pretty much as you said, liquid/paste, some sanding pads, "clearcoat wipe" and that's about it.
