Charcoal canister vent line maybe

Is this the vent line everyone runs under there car after charcoal canister delete. And is that the best route just to extend it and run it under car.

I think i just left the line hanging around. I didnt extend it at all.

Ok but that is the vent for sure.Im thinking of running it towards back of car maybe and put a filter on the end maybe.But the piece thats on the end is that the check valve.

Yes goes to a hardline then to a rubber hose then to the tank. I guess my question is can i remove the end in the picture i posted it just seems to be a connection.
