Rear Main Oil Seal

I believe this is the right section for this, mods move if it isnt but i need this answered as quickly as possible.

i'm about to replace my clutch and flywheel since mine are shot. while i am in there i am going to replace my rear main oil seal and tranny fluid.

so i called up the advance auto parts and they were asking me whether it was the transaxle shaft seal or the intermediate shaft seal...

i personally was stomped, which seal is it that i need? i want to order it because i dont want to have to worry about it later. thanks in advance
