Power steering problem.help needed

My power steering pump has been having issues.the pressure in the reservoir is building and blows out the top. What could be the possible issues?and what is the best trouble shooting method.seems like the pressure is building upsomewhere, just don't know where.maybe a blockage?

Power steering is over rated. Rip that shit out.
