You'll need a 10mm socket and a ratchet for it.. here we go!

First unbolt the radiator holding brackets (2)

Then unbolt the A/C line holding bracket

Now it's time to put the GReddy plate, guide thru the radiator bracket and put it in place. Bolt everything back again and that's it!

time: less than 10 mins.
difficulty: easy

and if you didn't use gloves, clean the fingers digits on the plate.

***NOTE: the manual says it fits for 96-99 teg's, I have a 00 and didn't fit without modification.. what I did is eliminated the left (passenger side) radiator holding bracket and now fits fine..didn't check with the engine on for rattle tho***

whats the purpose of that plate
"Made from 1mm Aluminum and embossed with the GReddy logo, the Air Diversion Panels are designed to not only improve under the engine looks, but to contain airflow to the radiator core, thus, improve cooling efficiency"

If thats just a flat piece of aluminum sheet with some cuts, then it might not make a difficult DIY.
