Tail lights and corner signal lights stay on when car and switch is off

I have no Idea if its a short of some sort or what but after my car is off both my signal lights and Tailights stay on when the switch is turned off. I need help! lol

Unlikely but check your pedal for the plastic brake light button, They get old and break which causes the tail lights to stay on.

If that little plastic button onthe pedal side brakes off just put a 10mm bolt and nut in its place to hit the brake light switch when you let go of the pedal and, problem solved

Its not the brake pedal switch I checked that out underneath the dash and it was working fine
