They're still JDM 94-01 headlights, you'll have to make them fit on a 90-93.

You're not understanding what pretty much everyone explained to you.

-The car is a 90-93 (gen2).... yes, we understand that.
-The car has headlights from a JDM front integra (gen3)
-Instead of hacking up the hood, it looks as if that owner made the JDM front (gen3) hood fit the chassis.
-I am assuming that he had to cut and weld gen2 fender and JDM front (gen3) fenders to make them fit the headlights and chassis.

Not much else to question about here as it is pretty well laid out by the other users on the board.

those are made for your car, so yes.. they are just generic ebay headlights.
btw, that was not rephrasing your question. That was a completely new question, lol.

ITR headlights and a modded G2 hood. i remember when that guy did this....that car is long gone, s/o to fuk a$$ thieves

if these are the headlights your going to buy cool they are 2nd gen lights made for your car. They fit like shit, and you'll have to stretch the upper mounts to get them on and straight. But those headlights are not the same as the first picture you showed.
