What kind of paint should i use to paint my GSR Fat-5's.

I have decided to paint my rims, a dark/Gun-metal Gray.

What kind of paint should i use, and how should it paint them?.
i painted the rims on my JEEP CHEROKEE, but it was cheap primer, and
then a cheap soild black, because it was a mud-bogger.

but i want something that'll have some shine, or a primer color?

please give me some infoo! i'd love to do it this weekend
or something!
