So I got this car for a deal and it didn't run and has been sitting for years. 1989 Integra LS 3 door with the DOHC D16 and all it's glory 8) I drained all the old gas, replaced the fuel pump and filter. It began to run after that and drive too. The problem is the car cuts out completely under load or too much throttle. I have replaced plugs, wires, distributor cap and button, and TPS. I then found a vacuum leak and fixed it as well as the valve cover gasket and spark plug O-Rings and fixed every vacuum leak. I also put a new oxygen sensor in it. I looked and couldn't find a cheap replacement MAP sensor so i ordered a $10 OEM accord sensor that is supposed to go near the throttle body. So my 2 questions are: Can I run a vacuum hose to this sensor and make it work which could potentially fix my problem? And if not, what else could it be?
