clutch problem?

sup club integra,its been awhile . Now my problem is this, I don't know if my clutch is going out?, sometimes the pedal feels like it has pressure, but after 1st gear, it feels like the pedal is loose like there is no pressure there. ans also when the cars is off the clutch feels fine but after driving it for while it feels weird, I don't know if its wear, or maybe its just me puching the clutch in kinda fast, or maybe need to new tranny fluid, any info is well appreciated :shock:

sounds like you might need to adjust your pedal engagement via the adj knob on clutch cable
