if i'm not mistaken you'll be running like a b17 setup, thats what your displacement would be but i can't remember correctly but you can just run your stock gsr ecu and everything will be fine

You will lose some torque

B16A2 is rated at 111@7000
B18C1 is rated at 128@6200

B16A block with PR3 pistons and GSR head:
Displacement:1587.3152374522462
Compression Ratio:10.44639248907355:1

B18C1 stock
Displacement:1797.5627647736114
Compression Ratio:10.000817920435364:1

B18C block with P73 pistons and B16A head:
Displacement:1797.5671647736117
Compression Ratio:11.106124796836018:1

Last one is not so expensive but can make some nice power. B16 heads are basically B18C5 heads.

PR3 pistons:Stock B16A
P73 pistons:Stock ITR

Think your stock ECU would be fine for any of these setups, last would be best with P73.

I would repair that B18C block then replace the B16 block.

B17 heads are identicle to B16 heads, but the block is different

B16A:
Bore:81.00
Stroke:77.00
B17A:
Bore:81.00
Stroke:81.40
B18A/B:
Bore:81.00
Stroke:89.00
B18C:
Bore:81.00
Stroke:87.20
B20B/Z:
Bore:84.00
Stroke:89.00

They should be, they are both PR3 castings.

I wouldnt mind building that last setup, would be a great start. B16 head is basically an ITR without the mild port, so if you drop it on a B18C block with P73 pistons. Seems like a poor mans ITR.

then i wouldn't go to 84mm right away because that is what i was orginally planing on doing but if your sleve motor gets mesed up some how then all you can do is build it for all motor because you would have to bore it out to 85mm which is too thin for boost, i would recomend starting with 81.5mm if your gonna sleve you will make plenty of power anyways and then if anythig gets messed up and you melt a piston or some other shit that can scratch the wall you can just have it bored out from there where as 84 really leaves you no place to go...

I think the iron sleeves should hold up to about 1 bar, seen them twice as much. Engine will be balanced and blueprinted as well. Doin it once, so Im gonna do it right.
