will b18 axles interchange with b16 trans?

Hello I have a s1 tranny that's going out and planning on getting a ys1 b16 tranny but will my old CV axels work in the new ys1 or will I need to get different ones?

Yea. 91 and up b-series have a larger spline, so your clutch disk wouldn't fit.
