Vacuum Hose With Oil Question

I'm a bit of a nub when it comes to Turbo's since I've been in the all motor scene my whole life, but, are silicone vacuum line hoses suitable to run as a crankcase breather hose? I've been told that silicone hoses aren't suitable to run anything that involves oil.

Unless its rated for oil its not ideal but being that its just a PCV system its not critical plus it won't have liquid oil running through it all the time. It will degrade over time but I don't know how fast.
