Car issue, making noise, throw out bearing??

So i have a 97 integra rs, manual transmission and lately its making a slight banging noise. Posted below is the video so you can listen to it your self. Please note that you only hear this noise when the clutch is out. When i press the clutch in you can not hear it. My dad told me that its my throw out bearing. (I am not pressing the clutch in and out in the video though)

My questions are:
What do you think is causing the noise?
If its a throw out bearing, how much would a new one cost?
Is it hard to fix your self? Or should i go to a shop?
What causes a throw out bearing to go bad?
and will i damage something by driving with a bad throw out bearing?

Thanks,

If you press the clutch in and the noise goes away it seems like ur input shaft bearing is bad... throw out bearing makes the noise when your clutch is pressed in.

sorry bout being so late on the response bro, the bearing itself is like 6 bucks lol. if u do it yourself you will save a hell of alot on money.. i took mine to AAMCO like a dumb ass and dropped $900, they replaced all the bearings in the tranny tho.. i figured why not since they had it cracked.
